I am not satisfied with my doctor. Can I change to a new one?
Yes. Contact your health plan by calling the toll-free number on your membership card and ask for a list of doctors who are in your health plan. Once you get the list, you may have to call more than one doctor’s office to see if they are accepting new patients.
